We're hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You might come from real estate, business development, or a sales-heavy role. What matters most is your drive and initiative.

You'll need to be:

  • Ambitious - you're here to build a career, not just clock in
  • Proactive - no hand-holding; you're on the front foot and self-motivated
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Building and managing client relationships across the real estate industry
  • Attracting and placing top talent in both temp and perm roles
  • Business development — picking up the phone, spotting opportunities, and chasing them
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with full support from our leadership team
