We are seeking an experienced Incident & Remediation Analyst to support our client in the superannuation sector.

Application Deadline: 31st July, 2025

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing operations team focused on managing and remediating member-related incidents in compliance with Fund policies and SIS regulations.

Duration : 6 months

Location : Melbourne or Sydney (remote work option available)

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Manage a portfolio of incidents across member operations, ensuring timely remediation.
  2. Maintain accurate records of incidents and remediation actions, including third-party breaches.
  3. Create and maintain business incident registers and support audit readiness.
  4. Oversee and approve remediation and rectification activities in line with Fund policies and SIS compliance requirements.
  5. Develop and manage clear communication with impacted members and/or businesses throughout the remediation process.
  6. Hold third parties accountable to remediation plans and escalate as necessary.
  7. Ensure all remediation activities meet legislative, SIS, and organisational compliance requirements.
  8. Exercise appropriate decision-making within delegated authority frameworks.

Essential Experience & Skills :

  • Proven experience in incident and remediation management, preferably within superannuation.
  • Deep understanding of superannuation operations, including regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Sound knowledge of SIS Act and SIS Regulations.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage third-party performance in the context of service delivery and incident rectification.
