WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team and work across some of our key client accounts. Here, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid search and paid social campaigns across predominantly Google Ads and Meta. You'll collaborate with our wider team to develop data-driven strategies that drive measurable results, ensuring our clients achieve their performance goals. Your day-to-day will include campaign setup, keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, A/B testing, and performance analysis, all while leveraging industry best practices to maximize ROI. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to strategic planning, present insights to clients, and stay ahead of platform updates and trends.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a mix of high-profile brands in a supportive, and growth-focused agency environment. With in-house development and training opportunities, as well as a flexible, hybrid working model.

• Previous experience managing Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns
• End to end campaign management across Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Ability to analyse campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Strong presentation skills to communicate campaign insights and recommendations
