Founded in 2018 by a visionary female entrepreneur, this energetic team specializes in creative, results-driven digital marketing, partnering with brands across fashion, travel, skincare, and more.

This is your chance to join during a key growth phase. We seek a Paid Media & Social Specialist who is passionate about digital advertising and eager to make an impact with campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and potentially other platforms.

Their clients include high-growth eCommerce and luxury brands, providing an exciting landscape for creative and strategic growth.

The Role

As a Paid Media & Social Specialist, you will:

  • Own paid media campaigns from strategy to reporting across Meta and TikTok, with experience in LinkedIn or Pinterest a plus.
  • Develop creative, strategic campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Experiment with new ideas and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, aligning strategies with their goals.
  • Explore opportunities in organic social and email marketing, with room to grow skills.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3+ years managing paid media in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads; TikTok Ads experience preferred.
  • Bonus: experience with Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google Ads.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy.
