  • My client is a leading Energy Retail provider based in the Sydney CBD.
  • I am looking for a Senior Compliance Officer with experience in the Energy Retail sector.
  • The person I am looking for will most likely be a compliance officer looking to step up to a senior compliance officer, or a legal counsel from a government regulatory organisation, or a private practice Lawyer or Associate with experience in the energy retail sector looking for a step up in their career.
  • The role involves compliance, risk management, licensing requirements and providing regulatory advice to AER and ESC on regulatory issues.
  • As the company continues to experience growth, this newly created role also involves building a team.
  • Flexible working arrangements and remuneration package subject to experience.
