About the Role

">

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead processes for retail regulatory reporting, working closely with internal stakeholders and building strong relationships with regulators.

]

This full-time role will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, Sales & Marketing, Product & Pricing, and retail energy regulators. Clear communication and relationship-building skills are paramount.

Duties

">

- Compile, review, verify and endorse regulatory reports submitted to regulators
- Provide comprehensive compliance advice and support to the retail business on all retail compliance related matters
- Perform trend analysis of compliance data identifying areas of improvement
- Conduct Post Implementation Reviews to identify process improvements and enhance retail reporting processes
- Assess potential compliance breaches and assist with preparation and reporting of compliance reports

Requirements

- 5 years' experience in the Retail Energy sector
- Strong experience in retail energy frameworks
- Able to assimilate information quickly, carry out thorough analysis, present findings in a concise way and make recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven experience in external stakeholder management
- Experience with developing digital platforms would be favourable
