Speech Pathologist - Early Start Australia Graduate Program at Early Start Australia. This program supports new graduates entering clinical practice with onboarding, supervision, mentoring, and structured development across clinics, client homes, schools, and telehealth.
Responsibilities- Help children achieve development milestones and support participation in everyday activities by facilitating communication and language development.
- Educate and involve parents, carers and others around the child to support communication and language development.
- Support children to speak with clear and correct pronunciation and address stuttering and articulation disorders to promote fluent, confident speech.
- Address literacy, reading and writing difficulties in collaboration with teachers and schools.
- Teach children skills to manage a wide range of food and drinks safely.

- A degree in Speech Pathology.
- Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating.
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.
- A full valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with third-party insurance.
- A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- A clear current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail.
Early Start Australia is a national multidisciplinary Allied Health organisation providing therapies across ages and needs with a strong focus on care for children. Our teams include Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists.
