Job Description
We are expanding our South Perth Speech Pathology team and would love to welcome an experienced and dynamic Speech Pathologist eager to be part of a multidisciplinary team and make a difference.
Our team assists individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals. No two days will look the same We strive to provide a caseload that includes your experience and interests. We have mixed caseloads covering areas of early intervention including infants 0-12 months; feeding, early language, parent coaching; paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC. We are passionate about supporting you in your journey and have clinical and operational pathways for career progression.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Our Early Years caseload (0-5) – Clinic/Home-based early intervention and parent coaching (including speech sounds, early language, feeding, school-readiness)
- School-aged children (5-18) – Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding and AAC assessment and implementation.
- Adults – Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia and mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke and acquired brain injury rehabilitation.
- Neuro-affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population of all age groups.

We are seeking a person who has:
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
- A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team
- A desire to make a real difference within the community
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS (preferably)
- A team player who is eager to learn from and collaborate within an MDT
- Looking for a FUN and inviting team culture where we look out for one another
- A person passionate about delivering quality service
