The Role:

We are seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our hotel team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will assist in leading the team and creating memorable dining experiences that keep our guests returning.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food and Beverage team members
  • Providing warm and genuine service to guests
  • Anticipating and responding to guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly, coaching your team to do the same
  • Providing on-the-job coaching and training to Food & Drink staff
About You:

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious restaurant supervisor who can demonstrate:

  • Significant experience in premium restaurant environments
  • Previous supervisory experience in restaurants or bars
  • A passion for hospitality and high-quality service
  • Great attention to detail and proactive guest service
  • In-depth knowledge of service sequences and product offerings
  • Willingness to undertake ad-hoc duties as required
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and confident communication skills
  • Availability across various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • Commitment for at least 6 months
