The Role

Crystalbrook Vincent is seeking a collaborative, customer-obsessed Food & Beverage Supervisor specializing in Conference & Events. The successful candidate will support our vibrant team in delivering elevated experiences for our guests. Reporting to senior Food & Beverage leadership, your passion for food and drink knowledge will be essential. You are eager to advance your career, set an example for your team, and help create unforgettable experiences that keep guests returning.

You Will Collaborate With Our Guests And Team By

  • Creating an outstanding employment experience for our Food and Beverage team members.
  • Leading by example and embodying our guiding principles to inspire your team.
  • Providing warm and genuine service experiences.
  • Anticipating and responding to guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly, coaching your team accordingly.
  • Offering on-the-job coaching and training to Food & Drink guides.

About You

We are committed to delivering the best dining experiences and seek passionate, professional food and beverage experts.

You Will Need To Demonstrate

  • Extensive experience in premium restaurant, bar, conference, and events environments.
  • A passion for high-quality service and the hospitality industry.
  • Experience leading a high-performing team.
  • A desire to develop others.
  • Great attention to detail and anticipation of guest needs.
  • Deep knowledge of service sequences, conference and events operations, and product knowledge.
  • Willingness to undertake ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • A confident, engaging, guest-focused personality with a passion for memorable experiences.
  • QLD RSA certification is essential.
  • Availability across various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
