Job Description

We're seeking a Training Manager to lead our trainer and assessor team, ensuring high-quality, compliant training and assessment, outstanding student engagement, and consistent delivery performance. This role is pivotal in supporting our trainers, driving professional development, and maintaining delivery standards that align with both compliance requirements and our commitment to student success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and coach trainers to deliver exceptional training and assessment.
  • Monitor performance, SLAs, and delivery standards to ensure compliance with ASQA and internal policies.
  • Provide guidance and support on student queries, feedback, and complaints related to trainers.
  • Collaborate with the Academic Operations Lead to implement and embed new processes, quality improvements, and initiatives.
  • Facilitate one-on-ones, team meetings, and onboarding for new trainers.
  • Support trainers to maintain currency of qualifications, PD, and industry engagement.
Qualifications

About you:

  • Proven leadership experience in vocational education and training.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry currency.
  • Strong knowledge of ASQA Standards and delivery compliance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
