We're looking for a Training Delivery Lead to join a major ERP/CRM transformation program in Melbourne.

This role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced, national rollout environments, with a proven ability to lead training teams, manage vendors, and engage stakeholders across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering training across a large-scale transformation / ERP/CRM rollout
  • Leading a small team of trainers and managing external vendors
  • Designing and delivering blended learning solutions to uplift capability
  • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure learning translates into adoption
  • Working alongside Change & Transformation leaders on an ambitious program

What we're looking for:

  • Proven training delivery experience in national rollouts or ERP/CRM programs
  • Strong team leadership & vendor management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
  • Experience in driving capability uplift through training and enablement
  • A collaborative, resilient mindset with the ability to thrive in transformative change environments
