Overview

Join to apply for the Attendant, Foyer Bars role at Arts Centre Melbourne.

Hours of work vary with a large proportion at night and on weekends to align with performances across our venues. This is a casual position with overtime conditions and fortnightly rosters in advance.

Responsibilities

This role is primarily located at Foyer Bars. As an Attendant, you will be integral to creating remarkable experiences by delivering outstanding customer service and placing the customer first.

Key Dates

Successful candidates must be available for induction on Tuesday 14th October 2025. No alternative induction dates available.

Hourly Rate and Conditions

Casual position. Hourly rate of $26.30 plus 25% casual loading and 12% superannuation (inclusive shown as $32.87 with bonuses).

Your Skills And Experience
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current RSA Certificate
  • Experience in cashless, fast-paced bar environment is advantageous
  • Experience and knowledge of food handling standards and OHS compliance
  • Barista and coffee skills
About The Team

The Hospitality team sits within the Customer Service Pillar and is responsible for the service and delivery of all food and beverage activity across Arts Centre Melbourne venues.
