The Role
Are you a seasoned Retail Lease Administrator looking for a new challenge in the travel retail industry? We are excited to introduce a brand-new part-time opportunity that's perfect for you This role is based in our Sydney office, conveniently located near Town Hall station, and offers a flexible 4-day workweek schedule.
As a key member of our Finance team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lease administration processes. If you're passionate about retail leasing and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you
What You'll Do
Manage and administer retail leases, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline lease management processes.
Maintain accurate lease records and facilitate timely rent payments.
Conduct lease audits and reconciliations, ensuring data integrity.
Provide administrative support to the Finance team as required.
Qualifications And Experience
Proven experience in a similar Lease Administration or Real Estate role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and lease management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
