  • Ability to work from the office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the design and execution of tailored employment pathway plans
  • Support job seekers to develop confidence and build skills to re-enter the workforce
  • Adhere to government contractual requirements within a quality and compliance framework
  • Post-placement support of job seekers and employers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Working with employers to manage employer vacancies
