Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Job Coach to join our team. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to secure and maintain employment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing tailored employment pathway plans, ensuring quality and compliance driven outcomes, and providing ongoing support to job seekers and employers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design and execution of employment pathway plans to support individuals in securing sustainable employment.
  2. Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality employment outcomes, adhering to government contract requirements.
  3. Provide ongoing support to job seekers to develop their confidence and skills, enabling them to re-enter the workforce.
  4. Collaborate with employers to find suitable candidates through reverse marketing and cold calling.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including job seekers, employers, and community organizations.
  6. Offer education and guidance on employment barriers and community stigmas to all stakeholders.
  7. Provide post-placement support to job seekers and employers.
