We are seeking a motivated sales-driven leader to join our team at Warwick Grove. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills by coaching team members to become selling superstars while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the store manager to drive the store and team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
  • Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving personal sales targets
  • Coach and train team members to become top performers
  • Provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
  • Merchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional setup guidelines

  • Experience supervising, inspiring, and leading a high-performing team
