Overview:
Based in Jandakot, you will oversee the operations of two call centres across Western Australia,South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Your role will be to motivate, coach, and inspire teams to deliver outstanding sales and customer service by providing ongoing support, training, direction, and feedback.

About You:
You bring a results-oriented approach and a clear understanding of how your teams contribute value to both customers and internal stakeholders.
You will play a critical role in organisation-wide initiatives aimed at improving and standardising service across the Tyremax network.

- Ability to foster high-performing teams and individuals
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse and interpret data
- Proficiency with relevant systems and call centre technologies
