Service Desk Analyst – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

We're looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our clients team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. This role is office-based in Melbourne and involves providing hands-on IT support across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-level issues. You'll be working closely with staff at all levels, so great communication and a customer-first approach are key.

What the role involves:

  • Providing on-the-ground IT support in a fast-paced environment - everything from day-to-day troubleshooting to more complex escalations.
  • Responding to helpdesk requests quickly and keeping things moving to meet SLAs.
  • Supporting and managing Windows 10/11 machines, laptops, Surfaces, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy, and general networking admin.
  • Helping with video conferencing, telephony, and other office equipment.
  • Being involved in IT projects and contributing to improvements where you can.
  • Making sure you follow internal processes and standards.

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Helpdesk/Desktop Support role, ideally within legal or professional services.
  • Confident supporting Windows 10/11, Office 365, Citrix, AD, Exchange, and remote access tools.
  • Good understanding of networking basics and MDM platforms.
  • Someone who enjoys being in the office, working directly with users, and delivering great service.
  • A team player who can also get things done independently.

Nice to have:

  • Any relevant certifications or formal IT training.
  • Experience working across multiple office locations or with national teams.
