We are on the hunt for aSenior Injury Management Advisorto join our team and provide professional advice on injury management, early intervention strategies and workers compensation processes, and accountabilities to line managers and staff.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently consult and liaise sensitively and constructively with stakeholders regarding the injury management processes and to promote a strong culture.

You will be motivated, engaged, and have a "hands on" approach to drive positive outcomes for the employee and organisation with a:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Claims and Injury Management
  • Comprehensive Key Responsibilities:
  • Injury Management: Review claims, liaise with workers, medical professionals and the insurer to assist early intervention strategies for a successful return to work program.
  • Client Support: Provide guidance to faculties and business areas on injury management processes and business processes, and promptly resolve queries from clients, staff, and third parties.
  • Strong ability to work independently, we are seeking a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role while contributing effectively as part of a larger collaborative team.
  • Proven organisational skills, with the capacity to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing demands, and optimise time management for high-quality outcomes.
  • Workflow Monitoring: Oversee electronic workflows related to financial transactions requirements between the insurer and payroll.
  • Data Maintenance: Maintain data within our Injury Management Systems.
Role Requirements:
