Senior Injury Management Consultant (Perth) - 9 day fortnight

$90,000 – $120,000 per year plus bonuses

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Injury Management Consultant to join our team. The role requires a tertiary qualification as an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist, along with relevant professional accreditation. We value skills, passion, and integrity, looking beyond CVs to find the right fit.

Who you are
  • You can build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing specialist advice in a friendly manner.
  • You are passionate about helping people and supporting those with workplace injuries, playing a key role in developing and implementing return-to-work programs.
  • You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively, managing your own workload and thriving in your working style.
  • You hold a tertiary qualification in an accredited field (e.g., ESSA, AHPRA).
  • Experience in Injury Management Services within Workers Compensation, ComCare, or non-comp settings is a plus.
  • You have or are willing to obtain a current federal police clearance.
  • You possess a valid driver's license to visit clients and attend appointments.
