This is an opportunity to:

  • Process invoices accurately and timely according to company policies, payment terms, GST legislation, and financial delegations
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and SLAs
  • Reconcile supplier statements and follow up appropriately
  • Handle AP queries, processing, and issues as required
  • Assist Team Lead with reporting and monitoring key AP performance indicators
  • Identify and recommend process improvements within Accounts Payable
