About The Role

As Compliance Manager, you will oversee and ensure adherence to WHS, environmental, and legislative obligations across our business. You'll work closely with leadership, production teams, and regulatory bodies to maintain a safe and compliant workplace while enhancing our commercial and operational performance.

This full-time role plays a critical part in managing risk, embedding proactive systems, and representing Zone Manufacturing in all matters relating to safety, certification, and industry regulation.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and industry regulationsLead certification and audit processes across products and manufacturing operationsConduct internal audits and incident investigations, implementing corrective actionsOversee compliance systems, documentation, and reporting toolsMonitor regulatory changes and update internal stakeholders and procedures accordinglyProvide training and coaching to embed a compliance culture across teamsRepresent Zone RV in interactions with regulators, certifying bodies, and auditorsPromote continuous improvement in risk mitigation, compliance efficiency, and safety standards

About You

We're looking for a confident communicator and compliance professional with proven experience managing regulatory obligations within a manufacturing or production environment.

Preferred Skills And Experience

Tertiary qualification in WHS, Environmental Science, Compliance, or Engineering5+ years' experience in a safety, compliance, or regulatory roleStrong knowledge of WHS legislation, building codes, and environmental standardsExperience leading audits, incident investigations, and compliance systemsHighly organised with strong attention to detail and analytical thinkingAbility to simplify complex regulations and engage teams at all levelsCertifications in WHS (e.g., Cert IV WHS) or Environmental Management highly regarded
