The Role
They are looking for a SEO Specialist to join this tight-knit team and take ownership of organic search strategies across their diverse client portfolio, diving deep into technical SEO, content strategy, and performance analytics while working alongside their Craft CMS development and performance marketing specialists.
This isn't about keyword stuffing and hoping for the best. Instead, you'll be learning and crafting sophisticated SEO strategies with the Head of SEO that integrate seamlessly with custom website builds, paid media campaigns, and brand development projects.
You'll work with genuinely impressive clients (they're selective, remember?), get hands-on experience with cutting-edge Craft CMS builds, and have real autonomy to shape SEO strategies from the ground up. The team values collaboration over competition, education over ego, and results over vanity metrics.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies for diverse client portfolios
- Conducting technical SEO audits and implementing website optimisations
- Performing detailed keyword research and competitive analysis
- Creating SEO-focused content strategies and working with content creators
- Monitoring and reporting on organic search performance using advanced analytics
- Collaborating with web developers on technical SEO implementations for Craft CMS sites
- Managing client SEO communications and presenting strategic recommendations
- Staying ahead of algorithm updates and industry best practices
Who You Are
You're an SEO specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience who genuinely gets excited about organic search opportunities, with solid technical SEO knowledge, comfortable with analytics platforms, and understands how SEO integrates with broader digital marketing strategies in this ever-changing industry. Your stakeholder management skills are strong, you can translate complex SEO concepts into clear business value for clients.
Most importantly, you're curious, detail-oriented, and slightly obsessed with search performance. You don't just implement tactics; you think strategically about how organic search fits into the bigger digital picture.
