We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in India and drive business growth by targeting the Australian market.

About The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in India and drive business growth by targeting the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for amplifying the online traffic from search engines by optimizing and reviewing media components on the website and conforming to industry best practices to deliver search engine friendly designs.
  2. Design and self-implement bespoke/customised SEO strategy for high-tier clients.
  3. Innovate the agency's SEO specialization and service-offering.
  4. Manage and train junior resources.
  5. Undertake keyword research & competitor research.
  6. Organize SEO project calendar.
  7. Off-Page SEO (Link Building).
  8. Manage link acquisition through outreach & be proactive with link-building.
  9. Conduct technical SEO audits on prospective clients.
  10. Plan SEO strategy in alignment with our proprietary methods.
  11. Communicate closely with other team members.
  12. Analyze Google Analytics & Google Data Studio.
  13. Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other organic metrics.
  14. Data visualization, setting up and managing reporting dashboards for clients.
  15. Develop strategies and new ideas to improve clients' campaigns.
  16. Work closely with Account Managers on SEO component of their overall digital strategy.
  17. Keep up with SEO trends & Google algorithm changes.
Key Requirements:
  1. 3+ years SEO experience.
  2. Excellent understanding of SEO fundamentals like optimizing URLs, Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions, etc.
  3. Excellent WordPress skills.
  4. Experience with link-building strategies.
  5. Extensive experience with using the following tools: SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio.
  6. Excellent presentation skills.
  7. Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven.
  8. Most importantly, a deep passion for all things SEO and Search Marketing
