Senior Product Manager - Account Integrity & Trust

Location: Melbourne, Australia (Hybrid work pattern)

About the Role

The Product Manager will drive the delivery of our solutions, ensuring the successful launch and ongoing support of high-quality products. This role involves managing product lifecycle from inception to end of life, monitoring key metrics, and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy: Develop and maintain the product vision aligned with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Understand customer needs and gather feedback.
  • Roadmap Management: Prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work with technical teams to translate vision into actionable tasks.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure products meet customer expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Prototyping & Testing: Work with design teams to produce and test prototypes.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of product management experience in SaaS.
  • Understanding of product domain, market landscape, and customer needs.
  • Experience working with technical teams and tools like Jira and Aha
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
