Position Summary :
Total compensation for this position includes a base salary + Super, and an uncapped sales incentive plan.
The Senior Sales Representative is primarily responsible for achieving revenue growth targets in their market. They will analyze industry trends to identify opportunities to improve company offerings, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly. Success in this role requires persuasive abilities, rapport-building skills, negotiation expertise, and excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Performance Duties :
- Meet with prospective and existing clients in person at their offices regularly.
- Generate new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales opportunities.
- Service existing accounts and develop new ones by planning and organizing daily calls on potential sales targets.
- Achieve sales revenue targets.
- Lead and coordinate contract negotiations to secure successful closes.
- Submit contracts following company pricing policies and procedures.
- Maintain all activity in the CRM to keep management informed.
- Gather marketplace information on pricing, products, and competitors to monitor competition.
- Suggest product, service, and policy changes based on evaluation of results and market developments.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and advising management.
- Stay informed on industry developments by attending conferences, reviewing publications, networking, and participating in professional societies.
- Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production using Arealytics, generating leads through canvassing, cold calling, partnerships, and referrals.
Expectations :
- Ensure smooth execution of sales administration and customer service activities.
- Keep accurate records of sales, potential and existing customers, and activities in the CRM daily.
- Preferably have experience in the commercial real estate industry.
- A bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience is required.
Education / Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or SaaS sales is required.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite is required.
