About the RoleAs the People & Culture Operations Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting core HR processes and ensuring smooth operational delivery across the employee lifecycle. You'll manage employee data and documentation, support HR systems and projects, and be the go-to person for day-to-day People queries and administration. Responsibilities include HRIS administration, processing SNAP tickets, managing employee surveys, and supporting cyclical projects like Rem Review and Smash It Day.
Responsibilities- HRIS administration and data management
- Process SNAP tickets and support HR systems
- Manage employee surveys and assist with cyclical projects (e.g., Rem Review, Smash It Day)
- Provide day-to-day People and operations support across the employee lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-delivery HR team
- Qualifications in a HR-related discipline desirable
- High process orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Exposure to HRIS data management and entry-level systems knowledge
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
