About Our Role

Our team in South Brisbane has gone from strength to strength in the last 4 and a half years growing into a truly multi-disciplined office of more than 50 personnel and at its core, the fantastic Structures design group.

With expertise in Defence, Commercial Buildings and Ports & Maritime structures and with the ability to support all other offices across a variety of sectors, this team is developing a strong reputation as a go-to partner within the industry.

To complement our outstanding reputation in delivering Tier 1 projects across multiple Regions including 43 years of history in South Australia and 26 in Melbourne, we are looking to grow with the addition of an experienced Buildings Sector Lead or Senior Structural Engineer looking to take the next step in their career within a private organisation.

In conjunction with the Group Buildings Sector Lead, technical and Regional Managers this role will set and deliver the strategic plan for developing key relationships and establishing capability across new project opportunities whilst also not having to give up the exciting delivery of such projects.

About You

Proven capability to deliver exceptional Building Structures projects within a Consulting Engineering environment
Tertiary Qualifications in Structural Engineering and multiple years of experience leading projects within a Consulting environment
A strong understanding of the Commercial, Health and Retail Buildings market
Established relationships within the Brisbane Region
Desire to further grow a locally owned business
Collaborative approach to Clients, Contractors and partner Consultants
A team-first attitude, with a passion for the development of a forward-thinking Engineering team
