Delaware North Australia is hiring passionate and skilled Demi Chefs and Chef de Partiesto join our culinary team at the iconicMCG. Our Chefs will play a key role supporting the delivery of high-end food offerings across multiple restaurants, corporate dining and functions, including the following:

• Revered fine dining in the Committee Restaurant - 'by Guy Grossi'
• Members only modern Australian cuisine in the the MCG's famous Longroom & Members Dining Room
• The best of Australian beef and seafood cooked over wood fire in the Jim Stynes Grill
• Corporate suites dining for up to 2000 guests

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ensure all menu items consistently meet presentation and quality standards
• Maintain strict compliance with kitchen hygiene, food safety, WHS and HACCP requirements
• Assist with daily food preparation, stock rotation and equipment upkeep
• Be available to work across a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• Provide supervision and support across all back-of-house operations
• Manage ordering, stock control and associated kitchen administration tasks
• Lead designated sections during service and assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
• Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments
• Demonstrated ability to operate in line with WHS and HACCP standards
• A team-focused approach with the ability to lead or support colleagues in a high-pressure setting
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Proven experience with ordering, stock control and kitchen administration (Chef de Partie level)
