As a key member of the Ozpack Site Leadership Team, the Manufacturing Manager is accountable for driving performance in Health, Wellbeing, Safety, Quality, Environment, Cost and Delivery. The role encompasses the leading, coaching and development of the Production, Maintenance and Warehouse Teams across three shifts.
The Manufacturing Manager plays a critical role in developing and delivering on site business plans and KPIs, managing cost and utilising labour effectively, as well as managing the capital program for the site.
About YouAs a well rounded leader, you will:
- be qualified with an Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent degree, with proven capability in coaching and leading Production and Warehouse teams, within successful FMCG businesses.
- have managed resources in a commercially sound and influential manner and believe in developing a strong Safety and Quality culture.
- have strong problem solving, change management and communication skills with a solution led mindset.
- have strong financial and business acumen with proven results.
- be focussed on continuous improvement and driving change to deliver greater efficiencies and smarter ways of working.
- have the ability to make solid decisions in a fast paced and changing environment.
