About The Role The Manufacturing Manager role is a Full-Time position, based at Scoresby, Victoria.
Reporting to the Manager, you will provide end-to-end manufacturing process; plans and manages details of production activities in terms of output, quality, quantity, cost, despatch, time available and labour requirements.
In This Role You Will Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
Lead a team of Production staff.
Drive engagement on safety, environment, performance, quality, supply, service, delivery of finished goods and cost.
Lead, participate and collaborate with the WCM team to implement World Class Manufacturing on site and into our day-to-day activities.
Demonstrate constructive leadership, building a team of accountable people who can deliver the business goals, whilst role modelling the CSR Behaviours.
Setting and managing the overall standards and performance expectations of the site.
Responsibilities include but not limited strategic planning, overall cost management, operating structure, and capacity.
What You Bring To The Role Strong Safety awareness Strong leadership skills and people management.
Attention to detail.
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related areas.
