Seeking operators for various full-time production roles at our Oberon NSW site.

Process Operator Roles
12 Hour Rotating Shift Positions

Borg is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified persons for the above position. The roles being offered are on a full-time permanent basis located in Oberon NSW. Borg is a manufacturing site that creates MDF board, particle board, laminate, etc., along with our Woodchem site that is the chemical manufacturing section that produces resin and other products for the rest of the site to help create the final products.

There are various areas of the site that require operator positions to be filled.

The requirements for these roles are as follows:

  • Commitment to Safety
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Good communication skills (oral, listening, and written)
  • A desire to learn & apply new skills
  • Physical Fitness
  • Current Forklift Licence (desirable)
  • Be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (rosters will include some weekends)
  • Strong literacy skills both written and verbal
  • Basic Computer Skills

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric, drug, and alcohol testing.
