As our Junior Merchandise Planner, you will play an important role in supporting the Merchandise Planning team in optimizing inventory levels and maximizing sale opportunities for your category.

We're looking for a Fashion Graduate with industry placement experience to join our team as our Textile Production Assistant

Collaborate and partner closely with the Buying Manager group to contribute to the brand strategy.

Be responsible for system and integration analysis and improvements, configuration, customization and support, as well as project delivery for NetSuite changes.

Spearhead the quality and fit process across Apparel and ensure it is kept in line with the brand's standards.

Maximize business profits through the effective management of our varied portfolio from conception to sale.

Be responsible for interpreting design briefs and creating precise patterns to ensure samples align with Forever New's fit and quality standards.

Bring your passion for innovation and take charge of managing store development projects that will shape the future of our brand. Join our team as a Store Design & Development Project Coordinator and roll out captivating store initiatives and projects. Manage store refurbishments, VM rollouts, concession installations, closures, and more. Your expertise in budget and timeline management will be crucial to success, all whilst supporting the team with design detailing and project coordination. In addition, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships and timely communication with internal and external parties.

Here's what awaits you:

  • Managing and delivering concessions and small projects
  • Assisting PMs with project administration & management
  • Strong focus on working as a team with excellent attention to detail in communication with the business
  • Place fixture orders for new stores and organize shipment
  • Assist VM team on new fixture rollouts
  • Manage any new fixture designs and prototype deliveries
  • Working with external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to meet FN quality standards.
  • Communication to internal teams to ensure all business needs are met
  • Continually develop post-project information and project completion feedback
  • Ensure all store works budgets are maintained and accurately documented
  • Present store costs to manager for approvals
  • Maintain knowledge of construction costs to assist in budget development and fixture forecasting

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

The ideal candidate will have a certification in interior design, interior architecture, or construction administration/management. Previous experience with AutoCAD or Revit is highly desirable.

  • 1-3 years' experience in commercial interior design, or retail project coordination role
  • Experience in construction or project coordination.
  • Previous experience for national or international fashion retailer is desirable
  • Retail business and retail fitout construction knowledge
  • Knowledge of project management/coordination
