About the Opportunity

The Project Coordinator will work on multiple projects and be responsible for coordinating the delivery of specified deliverables and coordination activities under the direction of the relevant Project Manager.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring our Program Management team delivers exceptional service. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

1. Coordinating project work, deliverables and reporting
2. Liaising with Business and Technology stakeholders to coordinate prior agreed activities by organising meetings, following up on tracking status and assisting with removing blockers.
3. Preparing related minutes and corresponding with accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Distributing project specific communications to the relevant areas.
5. Communication & coordination with third party vendors.
6. Maintaining project documentation, schedules, environment planning and including CAB submissions, financials, and reports. Updating project administrative registers and providing status of implementation activities.

Who we're looking for and what you'll bring

Thrive in an environment where people are at the heart of everything. You'll come with:

1. Prior Project Coordination or Project Management experience of 2+ years and/or relevant qualification
2. Prior experience in a Technology environment, including ability to understand technical terminology, is required
3. Functional application skills in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Visio, Project, MS Teams, PowerPoint) and Atlassian suite (Jira & Confluence)
