Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety and quality standards. You will work closely with our design team to develop cost-effective services construction solutions that meet client requirements.

In this role, you will oversee the coordination of subcontractors, monitor project documentation, and track progress against schedules. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improving operations through the adoption of new technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the delivery of building services packages
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and design standards

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), or equivalent trade background

  • Prior experience working with Tier 1 or 2 builders on large commercial projects
  • Practical knowledge of NCC/BCA requirements and building services codes
  • Strong planning, program management, and stakeholder management skills
