Job Details:

  • Support the Financial Accounting team by managing booking processes and reviewing accounts payable transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure financial data accuracy over a 6-month contract.

Our client is a prominent Victorian Government entity committed to community service, delivering reliable services in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Financial Accounting team.
  • Review and verify financial transactions.
  • Liaise with providers and internal stakeholders for bookings related to accommodation, catering, etc.
  • Assist the team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative or finance support roles within the Victorian Government.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial systems like SAP is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Offer:

  • Hourly rate of $45 plus superannuation.
