Role details
  • Employment Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Part Time 16 hours a week – 2 days.
  • Location: Broadmeadow – Post Code 2293 – NSW
  • Centre: Goodstart Broadmeadow
  • Pay: $38.20 to $43.55 per hour plus Super
Responsibilities
  • Lead a room and manage a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
  • Ensure safety and inclusivity, tailoring learning experiences to meet the needs of all children.
  • Follow the Early Years Learning Framework and use platforms like Storypark to tailor programs.

You'll Need
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
