About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join the team at our Burwood Mazda. This position would be ideal for someone who has outstanding customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry.

About The Role

  • Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will determine their requirements and communicate with them to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
  • Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers ensuring they are given the best possible customer service experience
  • Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets

About You
  • Experience in a similar role within an Automotive Service Department is preferable however not essential
  • Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
  • Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
  • Sound automotive technical knowledge
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Have a professional attitude and be well organised
  • Current driver licence
  • Be able to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrate a high level of care and attention to detail
  • Able to work Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
