We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator for a full-time position at one of Brisbane's most iconic venues, Mary Maes. Join our outstanding team and contribute to memorable events.

The Role:

This is a permanent full-time role coordinating events across all spaces at Mary Maes. You will work closely with the Venue Manager and both front and back of house teams. Your responsibilities include client interaction from planning to execution, operational support duties, and administrative coordination to assist senior managers.

About You:
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role
  • Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
  • A curious learner eager to develop further
  • Ability to listen and inspire clients about their event possibilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in large catering, hotel, or corporate hospitality is advantageous
  • Experience working in a flexible, multi-skilled team environment is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience with Priava is a plus
