We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Coordinator to lead our team in Wynnum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our service, providing before and after-school care and vacation care for children at our partnered school. Our focus is on continually improving the quality of our service delivery as we strive to achieve excellence every day, every session.

About the Role

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program. You will create daily plans and organize activities, supervise and support a group of primary-aged children, prepare and serve healthy food options, build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community, and nurture a positive environment for learning, fun, and play.

About You

  • You possess an enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare with the ability to form positive relationships.
  • You have completed or are studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • You hold a valid Working with Children Check or are willing to obtain one.
  • You have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates or are willing to obtain them.
  • Your availability is from 6:30 am - 8:30 am and 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
