Your role as a Customer Service Officer puts you in the driver's seat of our service delivery, giving you the autonomy to help customers achieve their banking goals.

You will assist customers with transactions, educate them on online platforms, and recommend products that suit their needs, making a difference in their lives.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Explore customers' needs through conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and collaborate with branch specialists
  • Support customers with digital literacy and online banking as we innovate our offerings
  • Be the face of the branch, handling transactions, inquiries, and paperwork while managing risks
  • Engage in lifelong learning through on-the-job training and external development opportunities
  • Build community connections by supporting local initiatives and making a positive impact

This is a permanent, full-time position at our Community Bank Forrestfield location.

What you'll bring to the role

To succeed, you should consistently deliver exceptional customer service and ideally have:

  • Experience in customer service and target achievement
  • Strong attention to detail for secure, accurate transactions
  • Confidence in face-to-face and phone communication
  • An eagerness to understand what makes our bank unique
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Experience in banking and finance is a plus but not essential
