We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. We have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family.

Wewould love to hear from Speech Pathologistswith all levels of experience that enjoy the flexibility of working in a range of settings including both a clinic setting and the community.
Job DescriptionWe love nothing more than seeing our participants achieve their goals. We live and breathe capacity building, and empower participants by:
- Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals and ultimately our intervention.
- Usinga combination ofstandardised and non-standardised assessment, curated to the participants needs to guide our clinical reasoning.
- Delivering much needed speech therapy interventions to participants within the setting best matched to their goals, which could be at school, at home, at work or in the community, or in our clinic space.
- Collaborating with our local multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Key Workers, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Successful candidates will be providing supports to cover NDIS participants living in (depending on where you live)Campbelltown, Prestons, Liverpool, Ingleburn, Casula & surrounding areas.
