About Our Client:

Our client is a leading Australian renewable energy company, specialising in large-scale solar farm and battery storage projects. With a vertically integrated approach and a strong track record of delivering high-quality, innovative solutions, they are at the forefront of Australia's energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead contract lifecycle management for EPC, O&M, and D&C agreements in the renewable energy sector.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring compliance with Australian laws and company policies.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, claims, and dispute resolution processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of contracts professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with finance and project management teams to monitor budgets and financial performance.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in contract management within construction or renewable energy.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with solar and battery storage projects highly desirable.
