This is a rare chance to work inside a leading Multinational Technology company, supporting some of Australia and New Zealand's leading agencies while shaping the future of advertising.

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and customer-focused Agency Solutions Manager to join our ANZ Agency team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of media, marketing, data, and technology — and who believes the future of marketing is personalised, privacy-safe, AI-driven, and results-focused.

As an Agency Solutions Manager, you'll work closely with Agency Partners to help agencies, and their clients get the most out of our products. You'll use data-driven insights to inform strategies, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver measurable impact.

What you'll do:

  • Support Agency Partners & Team Director across multiple accounts
  • Manage and resolve agency support issues, escalating where needed
  • Deliver product updates, insights, and competitor analysis
  • Pull and present performance reports to drive recommendations
  • Provide data analysis to optimise campaigns against client objectives
  • Support agency events from planning to execution

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years' experience in media agency or performance marketing
  • Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proven analytical skills to optimise campaigns and strategies
  • Deep understanding of the Australian agency landscape
  • Experience working with or for agencies
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with Meta ad products is a plus
