National Doctor Engagement & Relationship Manager – Consultant Psychiatrist (Perth, WA)

Aurora Healthcare, one of Australia's leading private mental health providers, is offering a full-time Staff Specialist Psychiatrist role across two Perth hospitals—Marian Centre and Abbotsford Private Hospital. Both hospitals are nearby, enabling flexible work across two sites while being supported by experienced multidisciplinary teams. This salaried position focuses on clinical care with the structure of a salaried role, without the additional demands of running a private practice.

Location: Mount Claremont / Perth, Western Australia

What you'll be doing
  • Providing high-quality inpatient care to voluntarily admitted patients
  • Managing new and ongoing inpatient and day program referrals
  • Conducting daily patient reviews and leading weekly MDT meetings
  • Collaborating with experienced peers and participating in shared coverage
  • Providing second opinions and assessments when needed
  • Ensuring best-practice standards and compliance with hospital policies
What we're looking for
  • Fellowship with RANZCP
  • Specialist registration with AHPRA
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or suitable visa
