Note: This is a maternity relief position. If the permanent incumbent returns from maternity leave earlier, this contract will cease with two weeks notice. Maternity relief positions can be for up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours; there are no permanency claims.

About The Opportunity

The Recruitment Officer role is based at Gosford Hospital, working Monday to Friday. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, ensure compliance with NSW Health legislation and policies, and provide expert guidance to hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support and maintain recruitment workflows.

About You

• Experience in recruitment or administration in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Clear communication with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and legislation.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
