The Gig

Reporting to the food and beverage supervisor, you will play a vital role within the venue, providing the highest level of service and supporting the team to achieve outstanding performance. This is a Part-Time role and will require flexibility within your availability. As our newest Food & Beverage Attendant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to 3-plate carry (highly regarded but not essential).
  • Adaptability and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch guest experiences.
  • A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
  • Time management skills to keep up with a bustling venue.
  • Availability for a rotating roster, including openings, closings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Having experience as Barista or Bartender would be an advantage.
  • A valid RSA certificate (Required).

We require that you provide flexibility in your availability, willing to work various shifts including mornings, nights & weekends. You will have good communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional within a fast-paced environment.
