O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville is a proud family of quality-focused trade service professionals seeking enthusiastic and friendly members to join the Customer Service Team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, our representatives are trained and developed into confident customer service agents.

The position is varied, with no two days the same, yet clearly defined so you will know your responsibilities and manage your time accordingly.

This position will have responsibility for the following :

  • Answering inbound calls for O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville
  • Supporting customer satisfaction through first-time resolution of inquiries where possible
  • Redirecting calls and messages to key staff members
  • Ensuring payment and feedback on all completed jobs
  • Greeting visitors to the office
  • Providing administrative support to internal staff
  • Performing general filing, data entry, and admin functions
  • Stock control, including ordering and receipting
  • Conducting client customer satisfaction surveys

  • Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Proficiency in mainstream IT operating systems
  • Ability to work well under pressure
