This role is based at our Mile End HQ, with a network of 5 stores here in SA, and 6 at Burnside coming soon. We're a proudly independent, female-owned business, doing exciting things right here in SA.

About the role:

We are looking for a values-driven Warehouse Stock Manager to lead our Warehouse Operations with heart, high energy, and a commitment to process.

This is a hands-on leadership role managing the full lifecycle of our stock—from incoming deliveries and store allocations to warehouse organization and inventory management—while leading our Warehouse team.

Day to day, you will:

1. Lead, coach, and inspire an engaged, positive, and high-performing team culture.
2. Plan daily workflows for all warehouse stock functions, supporting your team to deliver accuracy and efficiency metrics, while embodying our values.
3. Maintain a well-organized and optimized warehouse, manage stock integrity and accuracy, including stock takes and minimizing stock loss, compliance, and data-driven results.
4. Partner with our stores and fulfillment team to ensure our customers receive the right stock at the right time.
5. Stay engaged and knowledgeable about our brands, products, and industry trends.
6. Drive improvements in systems and processes.
7. Manage rosters, attendance, team availability, and policy & procedure compliance.
8. Contribute to broader business strategy and access unique L&D opportunities.

8. Physically fit, able to perform repetitive heavy lifting and manual work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, SA- and female-owned business in a key management and leadership position.

Salary of $80,000 + super.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm, with only 6 Saturdays required per year.
